President Joe Biden backed Kamala Harris to beat “loser” Donald Trump in November’s election as he gave an emotional farewell speech to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago on Monday.
The 81-year-old, who quit the White House race in July, urged Americans to “put a prosecutor in the Oval Office instead of a convicted felon,” referring to one of Harris’s previous roles.
