The largest and most effective military exercise in recent times, China’s ‘Justice Mission’. China has launched its largest ever military exercise around the island nation to demonstrate its ability to isolate Taiwan from the outside world. Beijing has deployed a record number of warships, warplanes and modern weapons in this exercise named ‘Justice Mission 2025’ since Monday. There is a commotion in world politics around this much-discussed war training.

Analysts say the Justice Mission is very different from Beijing’s previous drills in the South China Sea. Like them, this war training is to prepare for the total isolation of Taiwan.

China has always considered Taiwan as part of its territory. Beijing has even repeatedly threatened to isolate the island from the rest of the world. In this case, whether separatist or foreign power intervention, nothing can suppress China.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said, ‘Our military is powerfully capable of conducting operations at any time. Such training exposes troops to direct combat skills. Taiwan separatists are given a warning about China’s power through live fire drills.’

The two-day “Justice Mission 2025” in the Taiwan Strait was aimed at blockades of key Taiwanese ports, large-scale military and military displays and warnings against foreign interference. Beijing has also given strong indications of engaging in direct war to defend its sovereignty.
