Staff Correspondent:Bangladesh National team cricketer Arafat Sunny on Monday has been sued again by one Nasrin Sultana, who claimed to be his wife, for demanding TK 20 lakh as dowry from her.
Nasrin Sultana filed a case against Sunny with Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Court under Dowry Act.
In the case, Nasrin also accused Sunny�s mother Nargis Akter. After taking cognizance of the case, the court summoned the accused to appear before it.
Earlier on Sunday, Sunny was arrested in a case filed under the Information and Communication Act (ICT), for posting offensive photos of his girlfriend who claimed that she has a marital relation with Sunny on Sunday.
Later, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate placed cricketer Arafat Sunny on one-day remand.
