High Court�orderes�to appear Two mentally disabled persons �

Kishoreganj Correspondent: More than a decade, two mental disabled persons, Shafikul Islam Swapan and Sabed Ali have been jailed. At last,Highcourt ordered to appear in court on 19^thJanuary. At the same time, High Court summoned of these jailed�s record of cases.

Justice Shahinur and Krishna Debnath's bench passed the order Thursday. The district magistrate has been asked to respond within 10 days.

The lawyer Debula Kumar Dey told reporters, Shafiqul Islam and Sabed Ali is imprisoned in two separate murder case. They are suffering from some kind of mental illness for long confinement.
