Pacer Josh Hazlewood will go back to Australia from Bangladesh at the end of the first Test. The news was published during the post-day press conference after the third day of the Test at the Sher-e- Bangla National Stadium.
Hazlewood was seen hobbling off the field on the morning of the third day, and the problem was later came to light to be a left side wounding.
The pacer will also miss the ODI series in India that will follow Australia’s two-Test stop in Bangladesh. With Australia chasing 265 to win the match and currently sitting pretty on 109 for two, Hazlewood may bat if team needs.
