The investigation body, framed to investigate the incident of eye wound of Titumir college student M Siddiqur Rahman following alleged ‘police action’, has presented its report to DMP Headquarters.
Deputy Commissioner (Media) of DMP Masudur Rahman said the investigation committee formed by DMP submitted the report to its headquarters on Monday.
Earlier, DMP formed a body to probe whether police had any fault during the incident in which Siddiqur was wounded, reports UNB.
On July 20, a group of students from seven colleges affiliated with Dhaka University demonstrated at Shahbagh demanding announcement of their examination schedules.
