Moudud Ahmed has to leave Gulshan residence
The Supreme Court on Sunday dismissed two petitions filed begging review of its earlier verdict that declared the residence of BNP senior leader Moudud Ahmed an abandoned property.
Currently, Moudud Ahmed will have to leave his Gulshan residence.
A five-member bench of Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha directed the order.
In the meanwhile, Moudud told the reporters that he will not leave the residence and will go legal battle.
