5 fake members of DB held in the capital
Police in a drive detained five fake members of Detective Branch (DB) from city's Dakhshin Kamalapur area early Monday.
The arrestees were identified as Badal, Momen Ali, Firoz, Syed Moniruzzaman and Hasan, reports UNB.
A team of police led a drive in the area around 1:00 am and detained five people along with a private car, one shooter gun, seven rounds of bullets, a pair of handcuff and three sets of DB clothes, said Omar Faruk, officer-in-charge of Motijheel Police Station.
