9 rescued while being trafficked to Malaysia

Staff Reporter:Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) members have rescued nine people while being illegally trafficked to Malaysia and Cyprus.

The elite force also detained nine alleged human traffickers.

A team of Rab-3 also rescued ransom money, huge number of passports, fake visas and visa making materials during the drive in different areas in the capital.

The elite force said in an SMS floated to the media on Wednesday morning.
