Entertainment Desk: Indian Bengali film 'Cockpit' was released in 81 screens in Bangladesh on Friday. The movie starring by Dev, Ziaul Roshan, Koel Mollick, Rukmini Maitra, Nader Chowdhury, Prosenjeet was produced by Dev's private production house.
Top production house in Bangladesh Jaaz Multimedia released the movie countrywide. Earlier, the movie was released in Kolkata during Durga Puja, one of the biggest festivals in India. The hit movie was directed by Kamaleshwar Mukherjee who directed the super hit movie 'Chander Pahar'.
According to a source of Jaaz multimedia, Dev intended to come to Bangladesh for the publicity of the movie but he could not come due to his political affairs.
On the basis of SAFTA agreement, the movie was released in Bangladesh. On the other hand, Jaaz produced movie 'Dhatteriki' was released in Kolkata.
