Legendary actor Abdur Razzak buried at Banani Graveyard

Legendary actor Razzak, who died at a city hospital on Monday, was buried at Banani Graveyard in Dhaka on Wednesday morning.

He laid to rest around 10:20am. 

Earlier, his two namaz-e-janazas were held at Azad Mosque in Gulshan and Bangladesh Film Development Corporation respectively on Tuesday.

Hundreds of people from all classes paid their last homage to the legendary actor at the Central Shaheed Minar.

Politicians, cultural personalities and activists converged on the area to say goodbye to Nayak Raj [the king of heroes] Razzak while Sammalita Sangskritik Jote organized the tribute programme.

Information minister Hasanul Haque Inu and road transport and bridges minister Obaidul Quader paid tributes to the iconic actor at the BFDC in the morning when a lot of artistes, his co-workers and fans from across the country paid their tributes to him with teary eyes.
