Militants throwing bomb by fits and starts

Moulvibazar Reporter:Militants are throwing bomb spasmodically from their one hideout in Moulvibazar.

Members of police, Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) have fenced off the two militants hideouts. Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams are also going there from Dhaka to join the raid.

Senior additional police super of Moulvibazar Rashedul Islam confirmed the matter.

Police have fenced off the den from Tuesday night.

The militants fired on them while the law enforcers started the raid early Wednesday. The militants also hurled grenade one after another.

Members of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit have cordoned off the two hideouts from early Wednesday.
