�Operation Twilight� at Sylhet militant den concludes

Sylhet Correspondent:The �Operation Twilight� led by army para commandos at a militant den in Shibbari area of Sylhet has been finished officially.

Military Intelligence Director Brig Gen Fakhrul Ahsan formally declared the closure of the operation tonight after a four-day drive at the militant hideout where four suspected militants were killed.

�We finished the operation and handed over the Atia Mahal to police thinking it as a crime scene on Tuesday afternoon,� he said while speaking in press briefing at Sylhet Jalalabad Cantonment today evening.

He said the lawmen defused around 10 explosives inside the hideout earlier in the day.
