Four Palestinians were killed by Israeli illegal settlers’ gunfire in the ‘Tel’ village of the occupied West Bank. Following this incident, a Palestinian reportedly seized weapons from the settlers and killed two Israeli soldiers.

Subsequently, on Friday (July 24), the Israeli army launched extensive operations across the West Bank throughout the night. It is alleged that more than 70 Palestinians were arrested from various areas under the guise of these operations, and hundreds more were detained and harassed for interrogation.

The Israeli military claimed that all arrested individuals were ‘wanted’ locally or internationally and had direct links with the Palestinian armed group Hamas and other organizations.

Israeli forces further stated that 11 Palestinians were arrested from Tel village following the clashes, and approximately 80 people were detained for questioning.

Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers conducted raids in over 300 locations simultaneously in the Jenin area, apprehending several Palestinians. The Israeli forces claimed that the detainees were preparing for explosive attacks, but no specific evidence or information has been released to support this claim.
