Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal on Friday said that time is being taken for Gulshan café attack case to make a flawless chargesheet.
The minister said this after opening a painting competition at Sheikh Russell Roller Skating Complex in the city. Bangladesh Olympic Association arranged the competition marking the Olympic day.
"Police have been working to submit an accurate chargesheet after proper investigation. Time is being taken so that no mistake is found. The investigation in the cafe attack is at the final stage," said the home minister.
Law enforcers in the meantime held another mastermind of Gulshan Café attack-- Rashed alias Rash alias Abu Jarra, 24--from Singra upazila in Natore district early Friday.
Regarding cancellation of the conference organized by Yunus Centre, the minister said the organisers sought permission at time when police had nothing to do.
The two-day 7th international conference organised Yunus Centre was scheduled to start in Savar on Friday marking its Social Business Day.
